Conference Events Affected by COVID-19

All Conference events have been suspended until June 24, to be reviewed in April, including but not limited to:

New Cancellation:

• August 5-9 – I AM Camporee

Postponed Until Further Notice:

• April 24-26 – Deacon & Deaconess Retreat
• May 1-3 – Elders' Retreat

Previously Cancelled:

• April 24-26 – Spice it Up Couples’ Retreat
• April 25 – Prison Ministry Association Convocation
• May 1 – Teen Parenting Symposium
• May & June – iHealth Evangelism (alternate arrangements to be made)

Camp Frenda

Please be advised that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Camp Frenda will be suspending its summer camp season. Families who have already paid for a session will be contacted in the coming weeks to arrange refunds. Should anything dramatically change in the coming months, we will revisit our schedule to determine if it’s possible to offer Family Camp in August, however as it now stands, all sessions are cancelled. It is my prayer that you and your families are safe during these challenging times.
